Now these "victims" of the tiger attack have admitted to taunting the animal prior to the attack which left two dead. This would never have happened if these teens had been taught to respect these creatures, and themselves.  Aside from the loss of animal, disregard for all nature seems to run rampant among the youth these days. I'm sad for the animal. People should know better. We should be teaching our kids  moral ethics, a sense of responsibility for their actions.

Hey 3: These are the same type of low-life individuals that would shoot a bald eagle. Too bad that the eagle wasn't able to "jump the fence" and maul the heck out of him (them)!

I cannot figure what side of the fence to sit on this one. I would love to say they got what they deserved. ……However, since the wall was 4’ short on this one it could be said that the zoo failed to protect their visitors. This is like blaming the speeder for causing an accident when a person pulled out in front of them.

What happened is a sad tragedy. Now that this has come to light, I wonder how many parents took this opportunity to talk to their kids about respect for other creatures, and that what happened was an accident that could have been prevented. Fine the zoo for the wall height, and make them fix it. It was just an accident. Come on and be real though, these boys were not little kids that didn't know that taunting the animal was wrong. What does that say about our future?

What did anyone expect from 3 guys going into a Zoo on Christmas day at near closing time. It was obvious that they had to be up to no good.

I say as tragic as it was, they did not deserve to DIE for their actions ..... They did HOWEVER deserve to be ATTACKED ... HARD LESSON are gonna continue to happen....HAS BEEN A PART OF SOCIETY ALL ALONG.. is just sad that they had to KILL the TIGER for DEFENDING HIMSELF From the REAL ANIMALS!!
